TERMS & CONDITIONS – Class Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Please note that classes need to reach a minimum number to go ahead. If this is not achieved – or in the unlikely event of me having to cancel a class for another reason – and you have made payment, you will be notified as soon as possible, and given a full refund.

Payment needs to be made at least 2 full days (48hrs) before the class. Contact me as soon as possible if there is going to be a delay in payment, as I would not want you to miss out, but the class place may be offered to someone else if you do not do so.

CANCELLATION BY YOU – if this is the case, please let me know as soon as possible. I will aim to give the place to someone else, but if this cannot be done, please note:

• More than 2 full days (48hrs) notification before class – 100% refund.
• 2 full days (48 hrs) notification or less before class – 50% refund.
• Notification on the day of the class – no refund.
